About us

Banner Records was formed in the year 2000 by music industry veteran John Anthony, who also is postioned as President/CEO of this world known Independent label. Banner Records specializes in the discovery, recording and promotion of extremely talented artists that the label believes can stand the test of time.

After careful planning, Anthony added his long-time friend and world known musical artist promoter to the label, the late and beloved Mr. Sid Bernstein. Soon after, he began adding several key and knowlegdable veterans with strong backgrounds in the music business with regard to all genres of music.

Our Story

In 2013, Arnie Abrams, a talented pianist and arranger with an eye for talent and a keen acumen for business and promotion, was brought on and appointed A & R Director, who is now the newly appointed Vice President for the label. In 2015,Banner brought aboard music man Dylan Bernstein,son of Sidney Bernstein, who continues to make significant contributions to the label.

Currently, the Banner Records label maintains a streamlined roster of great artists. The impeccable ‘Magdalena Tul’, R&B/Soul artist, whose name is certainly rising around the globe, and ‘El Rubio’, the sensational Latin/Jazz Trumpeter & his Orchestra.
